Return Process:

Initiating a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team via email or phone. Please state the reason for the return or exchange.

Approval and Processing: Once approved, we will process a refund or an exchange as per your preference.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Limitation: One exchange is allowed per original item purchased, subject to equal or lesser value.

Condition for Returns/Exchanges:

Items must be in like-new condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Expect around 10 business days from the receipt of the returned items.

Policy Additions:

Claim Period: Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of package receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Final Sale Items:

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
